Park Ridge Police host town hall meeting Jan. 29

PARK RIDGE — The Park Ridge Police Department, in partnership with Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, will host a town hall meeting Jan. 29 at 6:30 p.m. in the hospital’s Olson Auditorium. The auditorium is located behind Yacktman Pavilion at the rear of the hospital, 1675 W. Dempster St.
The meeting, facilitated by Officer Matt McGannon, beat leader for Area One, will focus on recent criminal activity in the northern Park Ridge area and local traffic issues. The meeting will also provide residents with an opportunity to voice concerns and allow the Police Department and hospital security to outline their response strategies.
The meeting is targeted toward residents and business owners who reside or work in the city’s northernmost police beat, area one, but is open to everyone.
