Area One Park Ridge police-beat meetings kick off July 31

The Park Ridge Police Department, in partnership with Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, will host the first Police and Community Together (PACT) Town Hall Meeting for the city’s Area One police beat at 6:30 p.m. July 31.

The meeting, which is open to all neighborhood residents and business owners, will be in Lutheran General’s Olson Auditorium, 1675 W. Dempster St., behind Yacktman Pavilion.

The meeting will be facilitated by police officer Matt McGannon, Area One’s beat team leader. According to the Police Department topics will focus on recent criminal activity in the area and local traffic issues. Residents will also have an opportunity to voice any concerns they have to the Park Ridge Police Department and public-safety representatives of Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.
