Bus routes detoured for Pizza Fest

PARK RIDGE — Three Pace bus routes will be temporarily rerouted prior to and during Park Ridge Pizza Fest in Uptown.
Detours of Routes 209, 241 and 290 will be effective from 7 a.m. Sept. 7 until 3 a.m. Sept. 10. Summit Avenue between Touhy and Prospect will be closed to traffic during that time.
The Route 209 Busse Highway bus will operate as normal southbound, but heading north will take a right on Washington from Northwest Highway, a left on Touhy and a right on Busse Highway.
The Route 241 bus south on Prospect will turn right on Touhy and resume the regular route. Northbound the bus will travel left on Prospect from Touhy Avenue before resuming the route.
Route 290 eastbound will turn left on Belle Plaine from Courtland Avenue, right on Cumberland Avenue and right on Touhy before resuming the route. Westbound buses will turn left on Cumberland from Touhy, then left on Belle Plaine and right on Courtland.~.
