Park Ridge author to appear at Elmwood Park store

ELMWOOD PARK — Maria Iannotta of Park Ridge will be appearing Saturday, Dec. 15 at Caputo’s Fresh Market in Elmwood Park with copies of her book, “My Mamma Told Me...Now, I’m Telling You,” a compilation of Italian proverbs translated into English.
Iannotta will be at the store, located at 2560 N. Harlem Ave., from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The 100-page book contains lessons learned from each proverb and how each can be used, as well as photographs from Castel San Vincenzo, Italy.
