Park Ridge workshop to discuss achieving landmark status
PARK RIDGE — The Park Ridge Historic Preservation Commission will conduct a workshop on local landmark designation of property on Wednesday, Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. at Park Ridge City Hall, 505 Butler Place.
Catherine O’Connor from the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency will be the featured speaker. O’Connor is expected to discuss the benefits of landmarking property, explain the programs available for historic sites and assist property owners with the application process.
O’Connor and members of the Historic Preservation Commission will be available to answer questions.
