Updated: August 6, 2012 11:30AM

The following incidents were listed in the weekly bulletin prepared by the Park Ridge Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

According to police a 19-year-old woman reported that a man, later identified as Stahl, honked his car horn at her because she was stopped south of the Metra tracks on Dee Road, waiting for the traffic signal at Busse to change and for traffic to clear. The woman told police that the man exited his vehicle, reached inside her car, grabbed her arm and yelled, “You ought to learn how to drive.” He then reportedly got back in his vehicle and left the area before police arrived.
