St. Paul of the Cross student receives Aquin honors

At a 10:30 a.m. June 2 during a Mass of Celebration, William DiRe, of St. Paul of the Cross Parish, will receive an Aquin Scholarship.
After the Mass at the Beverly Country Club, 8700 S. Western Ave., Chicago, a Scholars Luncheon will follow immediately.
Aquin Guild is an Archdiocesan affiliated group of people in the field of education that since 1960 has annually awarded scholarships. Catholic students who have shown active involvement in their faith and parish, good academic potential and strong family values are considered for the scholarship.
